Sahar Farid is a dedicated Counseling Psychologist offering psychotherapy services to young adults (18+) through both in-person and online individual therapy sessions. She also provides positive parenting consultations for children, adolescents, and their caregivers, supporting families through evidence-based, empathetic guidance.
Sahar earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2019 and completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology at the University of Southampton, UK, in 2022. She is a proud member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, and she was internationally recognized for her academic excellence with an invitation to present at the UK Postgraduate Dissertation Conference in 2022.
She has worked across various therapeutic settings and brings experience in supporting individuals with behavioural challenges, learning difficulties, trauma recovery, grief, emotion regulation, depression, anxiety, and personality-related concerns.
