Shahd Badran is a psychologist holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counseling . She has been working in the field of mental health for several years, providing psychological support and therapy to individuals and groups across various institutions and counseling centers.
In her clinical practice, she utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Expressive Arts Therapy, to help individuals cope with diverse psychological challenges—particularly those related to anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. She has a special interest in working with adolescents, supporting them in managing emotional and behavioral challenges during their developmental stage.
Shahd’s work focuses on enhancing self-awareness, developing emotional regulation skills, and building effective strategies for stress management and overall psychological well-being, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
